1. Who we are

The store keepsy.studio and the app app.keepsy.studio are run by Digital Bloom Studio, sole proprietorship of Marcello Marinelli, Via Paradiso 8/a, 61048 Sant'Angelo in Vado (PU), Italy, VAT IT02857850412, REA PS-309125, certified email marcello.marinelli@pec.fiscozen.it, email hello@keepsy.studio. Keepsy Studio is a brand of Digital Bloom Studio.

These terms govern the purchase of the Keepsy Studio license and the use of the app. By buying you accept these terms, the Refund and Withdrawal Policy and the Privacy Policy.

2. What you buy

You buy a digital license: a personal key that unlocks the download of print files in the Keepsy Studio web app. In the app you pick a shape and artwork, add text and photos, and download PDF, PNG or SVG files to print at home.

You do not receive a physical product: nothing is shipped. Paper, printer, glue and scissors are yours to provide.

To use the app you need an up-to-date browser (computer, tablet or phone) and an internet connection. To print you need a colour printer and matte cardstock of 200–250 gsm; for the heart shape the printer must print within 4 mm of the edge of the sheet.

3. Price and payment

The price is the one shown on the product page when you order. It is a one-time payment: no subscription and no automatic renewal.

You pay at the Shopify checkout with the methods shown there. We never see or store your card details.

The store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform and the checkout. Shopify is not a party to this contract: for the purchase, the license and support you deal with us. How Shopify processes your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Contract and delivery

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. Your key is emailed from hello@keepsy.studio a few minutes after payment. If it has not arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder and then write to us.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, the law generally gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered straight away, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started with your express consent and acknowledgement.

By completing the order you ask for your key to be delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you receive it. On top of that you have our 14-day money-back guarantee: if Keepsy isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full. All the details are in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

6. The license

Duration: the license does not expire and needs no renewal. You can use the app for as long as the service runs. If we ever close it, we will email you at least 60 days in advance so you can download every file you need.
What you may do: design and print as many cones as you like, for your own parties and events and for your business, give the printed cones away and sell the printed cones you make, for example at markets, fairs or online.
What you may not do: share or publish your key; resell, distribute or publish the downloaded files, the shape templates or the catalog illustrations as digital files (printable files, templates or image packs); copy or reverse-engineer the app. For other uses, write to us: we are happy to discuss an agreement.
Personal key: the key is yours. You may use it on your own devices; if it is shared publicly we may suspend it, after writing to you.

7. Your content

The photos, logos and images you add remain yours. They are processed only in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. By adding them you confirm you have the right to use them, including when they show other people.

8. Intellectual property

The app software, the shape templates, the catalog illustrations and crowns, the texts, the guide and the Keepsy Studio brand belong to Digital Bloom Studio or its licensors. The license gives you the right of use described in section 6, not ownership.

9. App updates

We add new artwork and features at no extra cost. We may change the app to improve it, as long as the changes do not take away the essential features you bought: designing cones and downloading their print files.

10. Legal guarantee and liability

As a consumer you have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services: if the app does not work as described, we fix it, and if we cannot, we refund you.

We are not responsible for print results caused by printers, paper or settings other than those recommended, nor for how the cones are used (for example with unwrapped food). Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, any more favorable protection of the law of the country where you live still applies, and the courts of the place where you live are competent. Before going to court please write to hello@keepsy.studio: almost everything is solved within a few days.
