Refund policy

1. What we sell

Keepsy Studio (a brand of Digital Bloom Studio, VAT IT02857850412) sells a digital license: a personal key that unlocks the web app app.keepsy.studio, where you design, download and print your paper cones. We do not sell physical goods: nothing is shipped and there is nothing to return.

Your key is emailed to you from hello@keepsy.studio a few minutes after payment.

2. Right of withdrawal (customers in the European Union)

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the law generally gives you 14 days from purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

Because your key is delivered immediately, before payment we ask you to expressly agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you receive the key (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code). We confirm this consent in your order confirmation email.

  • If you gave that consent and received your key, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. You are still covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee below.
  • If you were not asked for that consent, or did not give it, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@keepsy.studio a clear statement of your decision with your order number. We refund you as described in section 5.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee. On top of your legal rights, wherever you live and whether or not you gave the consent above: if Keepsy Studio isn't right for you, email hello@keepsy.studio within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we refund you in full, with no need to give a reason. Your key is then deactivated (section 6).

If you live outside the European Union, the money-back guarantee above and sections 3 to 7 apply to you.

3. When we always refund you

Whatever happens with withdrawal, if the product does not work as promised you are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. We first try to fix the problem; if we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund you when:

  • your key never arrives and we cannot get it to you;
  • your key does not work, or the app does not let you design and download your print files, because of a problem on our side;
  • you paid twice for the same order by mistake: we refund the extra order;
  • you were charged an amount that does not match the price shown at checkout.

4. What is not refunded

  • Changing your mind more than 14 days after purchase, once the money-back guarantee in section 2 has ended.
  • Print results that differ from what you expected because the instructions were not followed: printing at less than 100% ("Fit to page"), a different paper from the one recommended, or a printer that cannot print as close to the edge as the chosen shape requires, when the app told you so before you downloaded.
  • Photos or images you uploaded that come out blurry or cropped, when the app warned you before you downloaded.

Please write to us in these cases too: the problem is often solved with a setting, and we are happy to help.

5. How to ask for help or a refund

Email hello@keepsy.studio (or reply to the email with your key) and include:

  • your order number and the email used to buy;
  • what happened and, if you can, a screenshot.

We reply within 2 business days. If a refund is due, we issue it within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. Depending on your bank or card network, the money may take a few more days to appear.

6. What happens to your key after a refund

When an order is refunded or cancelled, the key linked to it is deactivated and the license ends: files already downloaded with that key may no longer be used.

7. Payment disputes

If something is wrong, please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank or card network: it is the fastest way to solve it. While a dispute is open we may suspend the key linked to the order.

8. Business purchases

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. If you buy for a business, such as a shop or an agency, the money-back guarantee in section 2 and sections 3, 5 and 6 apply.

9. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any right the law gives you as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.
