This page explains which cookies and similar technologies the store keepsy.studio and the app app.keepsy.studio use, and how you can choose. The controller is Digital Bloom Studio, sole proprietorship of Marcello Marinelli, Via Paradiso 8/a, 61048 Sant'Angelo in Vado (PU), Italy, VAT IT02857850412, email hello@keepsy.studio. For everything else about your data see the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Small files a website saves in your browser to remember something: your cart, your language, your cookie choices. Some make the site work; others measure visits or show you ads.
2. Essential cookies (always on)
They make the store work: cart, checkout, payment security, fraud prevention and remembering your cookie choices. They are set by Shopify, the store's platform, and need no consent because without them you could not buy. Examples: cart, _tracking_consent, localization, keep_alive, secure_customer_sig. The full list is in Shopify's cookie policy.
3. Analytics and marketing cookies (only with your consent)
Only if you accept them in the banner:
- Analytics: they tell us, in aggregate, how many people visit the pages and where they come from (Shopify Analytics).
- Marketing: they let us measure our ads and show them to people who already visited the store, through Meta tools (Facebook and Instagram) and, when active, Google. These companies process data under their own policies: Meta, Google.
If you do not accept them, the store works all the same.
4. The Keepsy Studio app
The app uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. It keeps in your browser (local storage) only what it needs to work: your key, a random device code used to check the key, the language you chose and a few choices from your last cone. The photos and images you add stay in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.
5. How to choose or change your mind
- On your first visit the banner asks what you accept. You can accept all, reject all or choose.
- You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the pages.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, cart and checkout may not work.
6. How long
Each cookie's lifetime depends on who sets it: some expire when you close the browser, others after a period from a few days up to 2 years. Your cookie choices are remembered for one year.
